SARATOK: Seven family members were left homeless after their wooden house went up in flames at Ulu Roban on Monday (Sept 27).
No injuries or casualties were reported in the incident.
All the seven family members managed to escape safely.
Firemen from the Saratok station rushed to the scene to put out the fire after receiving a distress call around 1.35pm.
They managed to extinguish the fire but the single-storey house was completely destroyed.
The cause of the fire and losses incurred are still under investigation.
