BINTULU: A wooden house at Kampung Sungai Plan, Jalan Coastal here was razed in a fire on Sunday (Nov 22) and has left three people homeless.
Bintulu fire chief TPgB I Cristus Buson said an emergency call on the incident was received at 7.38pm.
Upon firemen’s arrival, the 10×20 square feet house was already destroyed.
The occupants of the house, two adults and a child, managed to get out safely.
The firefighters managed to put out the flames at 8.35pm and no casualties were reported.
The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
