MIRI: A hawker stall along Jalan Kampung Tudan, Lutong was engulfed in an afternoon fire yesterday.
Firefighters from the Lutong station were dispatched to the scene after receiving a distress call at 1.11 pm.
Upon arrival, the team learned that the stall, located by the road, was beyond saving.
The fire was extinguished using water sourced from the fire truck.
There weres no injuries or casualties reported in the incident.
The firefighters completed the operation once the situation was safe with no risk of reignition.
The cause of the fire and losses incurred are still under investigation.
