KUCHING: It was a magical night when Santa Claus appeared with his reindeer, dropping gifts to the children during the Christmas Eve celebration here at the Theatre Restaurant & Gallery at Kozi Square Shopping Mall on Tuesday night.
Greeted by Christmas carols, excited children were seen flocking to the main foyer to take pictures with Santa while checking out the gifts.
Apart from the carols and performances, the presence of a cat mascot, named Rentap, captured the crowd with its dance performance.
Kozi’s executive chairman Stephen Wong said the Christmas Eve celebration was the first festive event since its opening in May this year.
“We hope this will create not just magical but also memorable memories for the Kuching community to share and remember,” he added.
