First Infantry Div chief makes courtesy call on TYT

Taib receives a memento from Md Din.

KUCHING: Head of State (TYT) Tun Pehin Sri Abdul Taib Mahmud received a courtesy call from the First Infantry Division commander Major General Datuk Md Din Abu at his residence in Demak Jaya here today.

It was the first meeting for Md Din following his appointment as the new First Infantry Division commander last March 19.

Taib receives a memento from Md Din.

Previously, Md Din served as strategic planning director at the Malaysian Armed Forces headquarters in Kuala Lumpur.

Major Juniusabdiah Shah Putra Janny was also present during the courtesy call.
