KUALA LUMPUR: Come May 4, Coca-Cola Malaysia will organise Coca-Cola Collectors Fair 2019, themed ‘Celebrating Festivities’, at the Berjaya Times Square here.
The Coca-Cola Collectors Fair 2019 will gather approximately 75 collectors from 11 countries, namely China, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Philippines, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand and Taiwan.
The collectors will exhibit collectibles ranging from cans, limited-edition bottles, merchandise, miniatures, iconic posters and artwork, souvenirs to even bottle openers.
Malaysia will be represented by four members from the Malaysia Coca-Cola Collectors Club Committee which was established in 2012.
Ardent fans and public will get the opportunity to reminisce the journey of the 133-year-old brand as they explore the various exhibits, discover hidden gems, as well as buy, trade and sell prized items to add to their personal Coca-Cola treasure trove.
Those unsure of their vintage item can also get it assessed by Coca-Cola vintage professionals and members of the Malaysia Coca-Cola Collectors Club Committee.
In addition, the club will organise a charitable auction amongst its collectors where a wide range of items, including a limited-edition bottle and montage poster of the collectors, are up for grabs.
The money raised will go to the Malaysian Association for the Blind. – Bernama
