KUCHING: Forty-nine students of Politeknik METrO Betong Sarawak (PMBS) recently receive food assistance under the Sarawakku Sayang Special Aid package (BKSS) 6.0.
PMBS said the food assistance was delivered through a representative from Layar state constituency.
Its director Suhaili Aleh expressed his gratitude for the aid on behalf of the students.
“I thank all the parties involved and the state government for handing over the assistance,” he said.
Head of Student Affairs Unit, Winnie Chengai, also expressed her appreciation for the food assistance.
She noted that the food assistance would help to ease the students’ burden particularly their expenses. PMBS Student Council Advisor, Gregory Evan Nanson, said the students are happy and grateful to receive the food
