We even have a Dato Sri from Sibu who came in to see the Exhibition.  He came here to buy,” she said.

“Just now we also have a group of about eight from USM and artists from Thailand. They came just now and were so impressed with the styles or arts works, and visitors from China as well, because the Chinese artists participating here are well-known calligraphy artists, that is why their art works are also exhibited here,” she said.

Jane Ling, a former chemistry teacher and one of the artists participating in the exhibition said art was something  that she always wanted  to do since young.  “Only after I retired  10 years now did I really got to do it.  Before that I only occasionally painted.
