PUTRAJAYA: The Department of Labour of Peninsular Malaysia (JTKSM) has got nothing to do with a survey on fund disbursement activities uploaded on a website, http://bit.ly/Gov-MY.
In a statement today, the department said it had never advertised the matter in its official website or any advertising channel in social media, in print or the electronic media.
“Please be informed that the header and banner of JTKSM website had been misused on the pretext of conducting a survey. This matter has also been referred to the Computer Emergency Response (CERT) for further action,” the department said.
Following this, the department has advised the public to be wary of dubious information and immediately report to the police if they had been scammed. – Bernama
