KUCHING: It was the end of the road for a thief who stole from tombstone builders at a cemetery in Mile 14, Penrissen Road.
The tombstone builders have been losing more than 40 bags of cement in the past few months to thieves.
Around 8am yesterday, the builders found four more bags of cement missing. Then one of them saw a car inside a drain.
After checking, the builders found the stolen cement bags were inside the car.
Police were called and the car was towed back to the Padawan police station.
The identity of the car owner has been identified.
