CHIEF Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg spent time with more than 700 members of Sarawak non-governmental organisations based in Klang Valley for a Gawai-Raya celebration at The Love @Matic (Saloma Bistro) in Kuala Lumpur on Monday night.
The NGOs are Pertubuhan Transformasi Dayak, Persatuan Anak Borneo Sarawak, Persatuan Kebajikan Song Kapit, Persatuan Pasar Borneo Sri Kembangan, Hikmah Cawangan Kuala Lumpur & Diaspora Kuala Lumpur.
It was Abang Johari’s perfect “engagement” platform with members of the NGOs to get to know them better and also to be updated on the status and latest development on their respective programmes for the benefit of Sarawakians in Kuala Lumpur.
