KUCHING: The Metrocity N6 Youth Night Market is no doubt a crowd-puller and a popular night market in this part of the city.

Hundreds of people started to show up as early as 6pm yesterday when it reopened business for the first night after more than three months’ break due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

However, only about half of the stalls were open. Nevertheless, the crowd was good.

Almost 200 traders are operating at the market. The situation is expected to improve before the weekend when all the traders are ready to resume business.

The market, which has been in operation since 2016, is famous for all kinds of delicacies including home-cooked food, cookies, beverages and finger food.

There are also stalls selling clothing, toys, and fashion accessories and sports items.
