KUCHING: The operation of departments and agencies of the Sarawak government in providing services to customers is in accordance with the standard operating procedure (SOP) of the conditional movement control order (CMCO).

In line with this, State Secretary Datuk Amar Jaul Samion yesterday visited several state government departments and agencies to monitor the implementation of the SOP in relation to the CMCO.

First off, he visited the Sarawak Service Centre at UTC Kuching before moving to the Kuching South City Council (MBKS) and the Kuching North City Commission (DBKU).

He then went to the Forest Department Sarawak (FDS) at Wisma Sumber Alam where he launched the department’s basic operating guidelines.

At the same time, he also proceeded to launch the ‘Covid Forestku Sayang’ application which functions to record the data of visitors dealing with the FDS.

Several heads of departments and officials were also present during the work visit.
