SIBU: Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng needs to focus on his job as the federal minister.
In stating this, Jemoreng assemblyman Datuk Dr Juanda Jaya said that Sarawakians know better how to manage their own state.
Responding to Lim’s remarks about Sarawak going bankrupt in three years’ time if it continues to be ruled by Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) coalition, Juanda pointed out that Lim’s remarks proved that Pakatan Harapan (PH) does not want to see massive development in Sarawak.
“He should assist Sarawak with more development but instead he seems not to be supporting Sarawak’s development, particularly in the rural areas. PH does not want to help Sarawak become a developed and successful state although Sarawak is a major contributor to the nation’s revenue from oil and gas.
