A poll is underway on Twitter regarding the New Tobacco Products and Smoking Control Bill.
The Health Ministry (MOH), through its official Facebook page, urges Malaysians to participate in the poll to promote better health for future generations.
Among the matters being voted on is the proposal to present a new Bill aimed at ensuring immediate control over the sales and marketing of tobacco products, particularly electronic cigarettes.
The poll also involves the prohibition of sales and usage of all types of tobacco products by Malaysians born on or after January 1, 2007 (the Quit Smoking Generation).
