SARIKEI: Repok assemblyman Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii is using the Sarawak Poor Home Improvement Programme (PPRMS) to take care of the underprivileged.

His Repok Service Centre team conducts daily surveys to better understand the needs of the people and provide solutions to improve their living standards.

The team recently visited a longhouse in Repok area to carry out improvement work.

Huang is very grateful to Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg who inspired the project to ensure that the people could live in comfort and happiness.

The PPRMS project is a state government initiative to help the low-income and poor people.
