Kuching FA to announce players’ list on Friday

Kuching FA squad are currently awaiting the foreign passport and visa application of foreign import candidate Liberian striker Francis Forkey Doe.

If everything goes according to plan, Forkey will be on his way to Kuching to join the team. According to Kuching FA president Fazzrudin Abdul Rahman, they were keen to get Forkey Doe to spearhead the attack.

“He needs to settle the passport and visa documentation first in order to stay in the country.

“After everything is done, we will sign him,” he said when contacted by Suara Sarawak yesterday.

Forkey began joining the Kuching FA on Saturday during a friendly match against JDT Super League 2020 team at Sultan Ibrahim Stadium in Larkin where Kuching FA lost 4-0. The 35-year-old Forkey had been with Selangor, Pahang, Terengganu, Felda United, NS Matrix and Kelantan for over 10 years playing in the Malaysian League.
