Hope Place distribute food aid to two centres

KUCHING: Hope Place has extended food aid to a quarantine centre here and in Bau.

The two centres are Pusat Latihan Staff Unimas in Bau and Pulapol (Pusat Latihan Polis) at Puncak Borneo.

Among the food items distributed were drinking water, instant noodles, 3 in 1 coffee, Milo, biscuits, hand sanitisers and medical face masks.

“We came to their aid following request received from them. The people at the centres ran out of food to last for the full duration of two weeks quarantine.”

Hope Place founder Kelvin Wan expressed gratitude to donors who had continuously support and contribute to enable the organisation to assist those in need during emergency cases such as this.
