MIRI: A housewife in her 40s sustained bruises on her left arm after her next door neighbour attacked her over fallen leaves in the compound of the attacker’s house in Jalan Cahaya here at 10pm on Friday.
A police report on the alleged incident has been lodged at Miri Central police station (CPS).
According to sources, the suspect had attacked the woman using a metal pipe.
However, it was not immediately known how long the dispute over the fallen leaves has been going on before the alleged attack.
The case is now under police investigation.
