HSL to provide guided tours

Date:

KUCHING: Hock Seng Lee (HSL) is offering guided tours of its Precinct Luxe and HSL Tower at La Promenade, a high-end development along the Kuching-Samarahan Expressway, this holiday weekend including Monday (Aug 29–31).

The tours will be on a first-come, first-served basis as the company is adhering to Covid-19 safe operating procedures. Unlike normal sales events, this weekend’s public visits will have social distancing, temperature checks and hand sanitising for the safety of all.

Precinct Luxe is the second residential development in La Promenade’s 160-acre portion of gated residences. Phase one, Precinct Premiere, is sold out, while a third phase, Precinct Grande, is under construction.

HSL Tower — with the adjoining La Promenade Mall that opens year-end — is the first completed development in La Promenade’s 40 acre commercial zone that fronts the expressway.

The 10-storey HSL Tower with La Promenade Mall is the first commercial component completed at the 200acre high-end township.

“La Promenade is our pride and joy. Our aim for La Promenade is to be world-class. The gated residences have already won national architecture awards and state-level developers’ recognition. It has won the national landscape award for being a ‘township within a park’,” said the company’s property development general manager Tay Chiok Kee.

“At HSL Tower, visitors will enjoy 360-degree panoramic views of Kuching. They’ll see the Penrissen Ranges, Gunung Serapi and Mount Santubong in the distance. They’ll also get a bird’s-eye view of all 200 acres of La Promenade. Inside the gated community, we’ll show visitors the now complete Precinct Luxe.”

Precinct Luxe comprises 112 units of Super Link Homes. Each unit has a walled-up area of 2,200sqft — which is larger than most semi-detached homes on the market, usually around 1,800sqft.

The multi-disciplinary construction specialist occupies the top five levels of the 10-storey HSL Tower. The green certified building is 25 percent more energy efficient. It features 3,700 panels of triple-glazed glass that lets in sunlight but prevents heat transmission.

Tours will be conducted between 10am and 4pm. For more info, visit hsl.com.my or call 013 836 5566.
