MIRI: The identity of a floating lower half of a body found in Suai, Niah has yet to be confirmed, said Miri district police chief ACP Lim Meng Seah.

He was asked on the latest updates of the body’s DNA test when contacted yesterday.

“We do not have the results yet,” said Lim. The lower half of a body, believed to be that of a man, was found on July 2 by two men who were hunting for crabs around 1.30pm.
