KUCHING: Permanent Secretary to the Modernisation of Agriculture, Native Land and Regional Development Ministry, Datuk Ik Pahon Joyik, has been appointed acting Deputy State Secretary.
He took over from Datuk Jaul Samion who has been elevated to the post of acting State Secretary replacing Tan Sri Morshidi Abdul Ghani who is retiring.
The handover of duties was carried out during a ceremony at Wisma Bapa Malaysia today.
Ik Pahon, who is also Dayak Bidayuh Nasional Association (DBNA) president will take up his new post with immediate effect.
