Jais closed for sanitisation works

KUCHING: The Sarawak Islamic Affairs Department (Jais) on Levels 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 17 of Majma’ Tuanku Abdul Halim Mu’adzam Shah here is closed for sanitisation works from today (Apr 21) and tomorrow (Apr 22).                                                                  

In a statement today (Apr 21), Jais said the department will resume its operation on Friday (Apr 23).

It added that matters pertaining to Islamic affairs can be conducted online via http://kiswa.sarawak.gov.my or email (kgjaishq@sarawak.gov.my).

“For akad nikah (marriage solemnisation) appointments, contact 014-6475244, 012-8550265, or 013-8485687,” it said.
