KUCHING: An unemployed man was fined RM2,000 in default spend two months in prison here today for having a stolen helmet, mobile phone and a helmet case.
Abdul Rahman, 29, pleaded guilty to the charge before Magistrate Zubaidah Sharkawi.
He committed the offence in the parking lot of a shopping mall in Petra Jaya here, at about 9.40 pm, on June 12.
The prosecution of the case was handled by Prosecuting Officer Inspector Nur Syafiqa Nyaie Ilin while the accused was not represented by a lawyer.
