SIBU: Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg, his wife Datuk Amar Juma’ani Tun Tuanku Bujang and entourage yesterday paid Chinese New Year visits to local dignitaries in Sibu.

The entourage included Education and Technological Research Assistant Minister Dr Annuar Rapaee and Law, State-Federal Relations and Project Monitoring Assistant Minister Sharifah Hasidah Sayeed Aman Ghazali.

Abang Johari and his entourage first visited the residence of Ta Ann chief executive officer Datuk Wong Kuo Hea.

After that, they visited the residence of Hock Peng Organisation’s managing director Datuk Toh Chiew Hock, the residence of   International Trade and E-Commerce Minister Datuk Sri Wong Soon Koh and the residence of Dudong Assemblyman Datuk Tiong Thai King.
