KUCHING: The Sarawak Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) together with members of the Sarawak Business Federation (SBF) fronted by the Sarawak Housing and Real Estate Developers’ Association (Sheda) have come together to organise a joint vaccination exercise for its members at The Spring shopping mall vaccination centre (PPV) from July 2 to July 4.

President of SCCI and SBF Datuk Abang Abdul Karim Tun Openg stated his delight in revealing that many members will receive their vaccination through this joint effort.

He pointed out that aside from SCCI and Sheda, other participating members from SBF such as Sarawak ICT Association (Sicta) and Sarawak Entrepreneur Association (SEA) will also receive their vaccines this weekend.

“We are pleased to say that a total of over two thousand members will get their first Covid-19 vaccine dose this weekend,” he said.

“The process sees about 900 members getting vaccinated daily for three days.”

Abdul Karim also commended The Spring PPV for their assistance in making the vaccination programme a success.
