KATE Moss has reportedly been working on a collection of handbags for the French fashion label Zadig & Voltaire. The British supermodel, who was unveiled as the brand’s new muse back in July, has collaborated with the label on ‘The Kate Bag,’ reports WWD.

The bag will launch in four different styles in September — and it could be the start of something much bigger. “This will not be the only collaboration with her, for sure,” Christopher Tate, chief executive officer of Zadig & Voltaire, North America, told the publication.

“We’re in the works on something, which I’m sure will involve handbags, and will possibly involve more than that.” Moss stepped in front of the camera to pose for the Zadig & Voltaire Autumn/Winter 2019 campaign earlier this summer, and the brand has been teasing a collaboration with the fashion icon via its Instagram account since then, using the hashtag #ZVxKate.

The supermodel has amassed a wealth of design experience over the course of her career, having co-created multiple collections for the fashion retailer Topshop in the past. A Zadig & Voltaire collection would be the latest in a string of recent high-profile career moves from the star, who has also fronted campaigns for Giorgio Armani, Stella McCartney and Alexander McQueen this year. – Relaxnews
