KOTA BHARU: The Red Warriors (TRW) Technical Director Jorg Peter Stainebrunner admitted that his team still has no quality strikers for their challenge in the M-League, especially the Premier League this season.
Stainebrunner said the problem was acknowledged after two pre-season friendly matches with top teams in the Super League.
“In the matches with Terengganu and Kedah, my team showed weakness in attack though able to give a fight.
“We need to find quality strikes who can help the team score when the players create opportunities,” he said when contacted here today.
The match against Terengganu here ended in a 1-1 draw while they lost 1-4 to Kedah at the Darul Aman Stadium, Alor Setar.- Bernama
