KEP delegation calls on Sarawak Press

KUCHING: A delegation from Kampoeng English Poernama (KEP) Journalism Fellowships, from Pontianak, Indonesia paid a courtesy call to Sarawak Press Sdn Bhd at Jalan Abell Utara here, yesterday.

The delegation, comprising sixteen journalists and students, was led by teraju.id chief editor, Nur Iskandar.

Nur Iskandar said the purpose of their three-day visit to Kuching was to look, listen and learn about something interesting to be included in a book to be written.

Among the places they visit included the Sarawak Museum, Sarawak State Library, Orchid Park, Fort Margherita, Orang Utan Rehabilation Centre at Semenggok and Kuching Festival.

Also present during the courtesy call were Executive Director of Tribune Press, James Ritchie and News Executive, Zarina Abdullah.
