KFC launches Pandu Ambil

KUCHING: The KFC Self Collect service is now enhanced with greater convenience, accessibility, and safety with the introduction of ‘Pandu Ambil’ — a new curbside collection service.

KFC Pandu Ambil with its campaign line ‘Tapau macam Boss’ is a simple way to order KFC online and have it brought to your car.

Now available at over 150 KFC stores nationwide and expanding to 250 stores by year end, Pandu Ambil is an extension of the popular KFC Self Collect service which was first introduced in early 2019, allowing customers to select their preferred time and outlet for a quick pick-up-and-go service.

A fast, safe, and contactless experience, Pandu Ambil is set to further boost KFC’s Self Collect popularity and be the preferred way to order and enjoy KFC on-the-go.

Pandu Ambil works through the following steps:

  1. Download and register via the KFC Malaysia App or at KFC.com.my
  2. Choose Self Collect and then select collection store, date and time, and add your orders to cart
  3. Select Pandu Ambil upon checkout and key in your car plate number
  4. Collect from the selected store by parking at the Pandu Ambil parking bay, where a KFC service staff member will deliver your order to your car
