Pustaka Negeri Sarawak, Miri as Pustaka Negeri Sarawak`s northern branch, it first opened its door to the public on 19 October 2002 and officially opened on 10 December 2002. Its functions are also in line with the Sarawak State Library Ordinance 1999.

MIRI: Pustaka Negeri Sarawak, Miri will be conducting Knowledge Camp 2022 in collaboration with Kampung Penan-Muslim Batu 10 Bintulu committee, Bintulu Development Board’s Public Library, Bintulu Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA) office and Sarawak Multimedia Authority (SMA).

The programme will be held at the Community Reading Corner of Kampung Penan Muslim Batu 10, Bintulu on Feb 17 and 18.

The programme, themed ‘Community Development Towards Entrepreneurship’ aims to impart basic business knowledge to the community and help them pursue and be at par with the current entrepreneurship development.

Activities, namely Information Literacy Session, talks and workshops on entrepreneurship, gastrospace and many more were scheduled for the two-day programme.

Knowledge Camp, an annual event, is usually conducted in Miri for students, however, this year, it is also opened to those aged 18 and above.

Participation is free of charge but limited to only 20 registrants.
