BINTULU: Sixteen people who were made homeless in a fire incident in Kampung Setinggan Musako, Sungai Plan, Tanjung Kidurong near here last Wednesday received aid from Parti Rakyat Sarawak (PRS) service centre (Bintulu).

A representative of PRS, Thomas Nyaring who is among the donors, presented RM500 and food items to each of the representatives of the six houses.

Last Wednesday morning, six houses in Kampung Setinggan Musako were destroyed by fire.

No injury or casualty was reported in the incident.

The victims are currently putting up with their relatives and friends.

According to Bintulu senior operation commander, assistant fire superintendent (PPgB), Mohd Ishak, the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
