LazMall expands ‘Guaranteed Delivery’ service for 7.7 Super Sale

KUALA LUMPUR: Leading eCommerce platform, Lazada Malaysia has expanded its ‘Guaranteed Delivery’ promise to cover more areas in conjunction with its upcoming 7.7 Mid-Year Super Sale.

In a statement, Lazada said customers throughout West Malaysia will be able to enjoy the LazMall guaranteed delivery service starting from the Mid-Year Super Sale campaign on July 7, whereby previously, only customers in the Klang Valley were able to enjoy the service.

Chief executive officer Leo Chow said the service supports two other existing guarantees from LazMall – ‘100 per cent Authentic’ and ‘15-Day Returns’, assuring shoppers of high-quality genuine products, a 15-day easy return policy, as well as reliable delivery service that is guaranteed to arrive on time.

Lazada Malaysia said LazMall Guaranteed Delivery products can be identified by the ‘G’ icon, which indicates ‘Guaranteed Delivery’, as well as the ‘24h’ icon which indicates that the delivery will be made the next day.

Customers will be able to see the delivery date on the order confirmation page, and if the delivery exceeds the promised delivery lead time, they will receive a compensation which will be automatically credited to their Lazada Wallet, without having to file a claim.

Meanwhile, it said that Lazada’s 7.7 online presale had started on June 23, leading up to July 7, offering a host of exciting and exclusive deals for consumers such as platform-wide Free Shipping, Lowest Price Guaranteed, RM1 Crazy Flash Sales and Crazy Brand Mega Offers.

Furthermore, shoppers could also win exclusive grand prizes simply by being the fastest to accumulate LazCoins via the COINS page at the top of the app or through Daily Missions and LazGames. – Bernama
