KUCHING: Learn three simple, quick, and effective ways to reduce stress immediately in your daily life at TriOne International’s workshop — ‘Live, Breath and Create’.

The workshop, to be held on Oct 19 from 1.30pm to 3.30pm at the Kuching Old Courthouse, is part of What About Kuching (WAK) 2019.

It will be led by two KL-based facilitators Angela Eimer and Asha Gill, as well as Kuching’s own Alice Chieng.

They will introduce a set of tools designed to help participants handle their everyday challenges with more ease.

Angela Eimer

“Having faced our own challenges both in personal and work life, we were driven to find ‘real’ solutions to manage our stressful lives,” said Eimer.

German-born Angela Eimer spent the last 21 years training, coaching and mentoring people in various sectors in Malaysia. She is now a strategy specialist for health and wellness.

As a certified integrative nutrition coach, a wellness habit strategy coach as well as being HRDF-certified, she advocates for and applies a holistic approach in her process of guiding individuals, groups and corporate teams towards actualising their full potential.

Asha Gill

“We all went down very different routes to find a way to handle life better. The results we achieved inspired us to become coaches in our respective fields of hypnotherapy and life coaching, habit and health coaching and yoga and emotional freedom technique (EFT),” added Asha Gill.

Gill is perhaps best known as an award-winning television presenter and radio host. She also co-authors the Eco Kids book series and spends time as a columnist, writer, activist and international speaker.

Now a life coach and hypnotherapist, she brings her expertise, tools and skills to larger audiences via the stage and workshops but also through individual consultations.

“After becoming friends and working together on various occasions, we created TriOne International as a vehicle to share our knowledge under one umbrella,” said Alice Chieng.
