TANJUNG MANIS: A Tanjung Manis Port staff is touched by the concern of Urban Planning, Land Administration and Environment Assistant Minister Datuk Len Talif Salleh who has donated a wheelchair for the use of his youngest son.

Han Sanui, 54, is the father of Mohammad Baidrul Zamrie Fitri Han, 17, who suffers from a tumour in his left leg.

According to Han, the tumour, first discovered in May, has restricted the movement of his disabled son.

“It’s sad but as his father, I have to accept his fate.

“Thanks to Datuk Len Talif who cares so much. This gift may seem small but to our family, it is very important,” he said.

Han added, the wheelchair was donated by the Kuala Rajang assemblyman to ease his family’s burden.

“This gift excites Mohammad Baidrul,” he said.

The donation was presented by Len after the launch of the 2019 Tanjung Manis Fishing Safari.
