BINTULU:The upgrading road project to Gajah and Latip longhouses in Balingian, Mukah has been completed.
The project was carried out under the Kakus’s assemblyman Datuk John Sikie Tayai’s Rural Transformation Programme (RTP) 2020.
According to Sikie who is also Assistant Minister in the Chief Minister’s Department (Native Laws and Customs), the upgrading project costed RM200,000.
Sikie said this on Saturday after he visited the two longhouses, adding it would benefits villagers from there.
