According to Kota Samarahan District Police Chief, DSP Sudirman Kram said the suspect was nabbed at a factory where he worked last Wednesday following a police report lodged by the victim’s aunt a day earlier.

“The victim had confided to her aunt that she was being raped by her step-father.

“The incidents happened four times. She was raped for the first and second time at an employee’s bedroom around Mile 9, Kota Samarahan.

“She was raped for the third time in a car located around Mile 9 and then the fourth and last time during the Hari Raya celebration,” Sudirman said in a statement yesterday.

He added the girl was being taken care of by her grandmother in Petra Jaya and that she went to a primary school in the same area.

“The victim was only occasionally taken to live with her mother and stepfather,” he continued.
