BAU: A jobless man was nabbed by narcotics police at Kampung Segubang here for drug abuse.
Bau OCPD DSP Poge Nyaon, who confirmed the case, said the team raided the house at 9.35am on Monday (Feb 14).
They found the suspect alone in a room and high on drugs.
Police seized a plastic packet containing drugs believed to be syabu, weighing 0.46g and valued around RM40.
DSP Poge pointed out that the suspect had been jailed for drugs last year. He also tested positive for drugs.
The case is being investigated under Sections 12 (2) and 15 (1) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952.
