KUCHING: A man was admitted to the Sarawak General Hospital after he was stabbed in the back with a sharp object during a fight at an entertainment outlet here early Sunday morning.
In the incident that occurred at around 4.00am, the victim was said to have exchanged heated words with another man that led to the fight.
An ambulance was called to the scene and the victim was rushed to the hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile in the same morning, a car was destroyed after it caught fire along Jalan Tun Abdul Rahman here.
It was said that the incident occurred at around 4.00am when the engine of the vehicle suddenly burst into flames.
A team of firefighters was dispatched to the scene to douse the fire after they received a distress call from a member of the public.
