KUCHING: A motorist suffered a broken leg while his passenger was unharmed in an accident at Jalan Lapangan Terbang here last Monday (Oct 19).
The Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba) operations centre received a distress call on the incident at 6.07pm and deployed a team of firefighters of Batu Lintang Fire and Rescue Station to the scene.
Upon arrival, the operations commander found the vehicle turned turtle by the side of the road.
The car was believed to have gone out of control before it crashed.
Both victims managed to exit the vehicle and were handed over to paramedics, who were present at the scene, for further treatment.
