KUCHING: Medi Beaute held its 8th anniversary celebration at the Waterfront Hotel yesterday (June 19).

“It’s been an amazing roller-coaster of growth, scaling through MCOs, challenges, advancing, improving and expanding.

“From starting with just an outlet in Kuching to now having a total of 15 solid well-equipped branches in Malaysia with cutting-edge machines and profound skincare products to cater for all skin and body conditions, needs and desires, that has been amazing,” she said.

At the grand event, Medi Beaute arranged various pampering sessions, follow up with special sales occasions with discounts of up to 80 per cent on facial, body treatments and skincare products, lucky draws and gifts for customers.

They also are contributing RM 10,000 from sales to charity organisations to empower women as part of Medi Beaute’s CSR initiatives.

“The goal of Medi Beaute has always been to boost confidence and change lives. We want to help our customers enjoy healthy skin, body and mind.

“Customer experience is a crucial part of our ongoing customer relations strategy; we want to create an emotional bond between our brand and our customers,” she added.
