DALAT: Welfare, Community Wellbeing, Women, Family and Childhood Development Minister Datuk Seri Fatimah Abdullah visited various ongoing projects at Kampung Sungai Kut Muara near here today.
The projects included the installation of a futsal court roof, a pubic toilet at the Sungai Kut Muara waterfront, and Dalat Water Supply (Phase II): The Construction and Completion of Proposed Ground Reservoir, a pipeline from Dalat to Sungai Kut and an elevated water tank at Sungai Kut.
The others are a retaining wall at SK St Kevin, upgrading of a concrete road leading to SK St Kevin, repairing a belian plank walk leading to Surau Darul Islah, repairing and upgrading of interior space of Surau Darul Islah, building of a 220m-long new plank walk from Sungai Kut Bazaar to Kampung Sungai Kut Hulu.
Fatimah was accompanied by Rural Water Supply Department staff and Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB) Dalat deputy chairman Sait Seman.
The Dalat assemblywoman then attended a gathering with village development and security committee members, PBB, surau and chapel committee members, as well as Beliawanis.
