MIRI: The Miri City Council (MCC) landscape competition is back.
This year, it is divided into several categories such as traditional house/village where at least 70 per cent of its structure is made of wood; single terrace/bungalow; corner lot detached/terrace house; primary schools/ secondary schools; institutions of higher learning; government buildings; houses of worship, among others.
Winners stand to walk away with lucrative prizes, including RM1,000 and RM2,000 for the house category and institutions of higher learning category respectively.
Those interested can get the entry forms at Landscape Section, Level 4, MCC new building during office hours or via QR code.
For Bario Sub-District, the forms can be obtained at its library.
Completed forms have to be submitted to the Landscape Section before or on Sept 30.
