KUCHING: The search and rescue (SAR) team found a 61-year-old male at 11am yesterday in the jungle nearby his house in Kampung Rumeh Opar after he was reported missing on Thursday.
Choo Dosing, who was found to be in weak condition and clad only in a pair of long pants, was reported missing by family members on Thursday night at 8.45pm.
Family members said the victim, who is a military pensioner, was last seen in the morning at 9am. The victim has epilepsy and rarely goes out of the house.
Villagers and firemen searched the area after the report was lodged but due to heavy rain, the search was called off on Thursday night.
The victim was sent to the hospital for a medical check-up.
