More Miri B40 recipients to get free decoder by December

MIRI: The next distribution of MyFreeView decoders for the B40 Cost of Living Aid (BSH) recipients in Miri City will be conducted next month.

Pujut assemblyman, Dr Ting Tiong Choon said eligible recipients here who had yet to receive a free MyFreeView decoder today and tomorrow due to a supply shortage, needed not worry.

“A total of 1,500 decoders will be given to eligible recipients today and tomorrow. Those who cannot get the decoder can collect it next month,” he told reporters during the decoder distribution at Sekolah Menengah Pei Min, here, today.

He said those who could not get the decoder today and tomorrow, could leave their name and contact number so that they would be informed of its arrival in Miri City for collection.

Eligible recipients can collect the decoder at Sekolah Menengah Pei Min between 8.30 am and 4.30 pm today and tomorrow, and need to bring their identity card for verification purpose.
