SARIKEI: Families of bedridden patients in Repok area are grateful to their assemblyman Datuk Seri Huang Tiong Sii who has kindly provided them with multi-functional beds.
The recipients are now being cared for by their respective families upon being discharged from the hospital.
In representing the assemblyman, a team from Repok State Constituency Service Centre delivered the beds to families of the patients.
According to a spokesperson from the centre the beds were personal contributions from Huang, and they had been distributing these beds since early this year.
“The families of the patients are very thankful to the Repok assemblyman, as having these multi-functional beds would considerably help them to take better care of the patients,” he said.
The latest recipient was a 92-year-old woman, Ha Nguok Ing from Jalan Bulat.
