MUKAH: Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan (SMK) St Patrick held a motivation programme for its PT3 and SPM students at Dewan Suarah Mesra here on Saturday.
It was aimed at motivating students who would be sitting for their PT3 and SPM examinations this year.
The programme also involved students’ parents and guardians who were specially invited to provide moral support to their children.
Familiar motivator and teacher Ismandi Johari conducted the hour-long programme entitled ‘Berkat Ilmu’ for PT3 and SPM candidates.
Ismandi, who is from Sibu, had conducted similar sessions at the school previously.
His style of presentation was quite impressive and also ‘touching’ and made some of the students, parents and teachers cry.
The school’s senior assistant Cyril Germanus Aloysius Akup thanked the parents and guardians for their moral support to their children and the programme.
He also wished the students success in their examinations.
He advised them to take heed of Ismandi’s motivational talk seriously as an inspiration and guide in preparing for the examinations.
