SIBU: A motorcyclist sustained injuries after he was involved in a collision with a military truck at Jalan Hulu Lanang this morning.
The 60-year-old victim reportedly suffered a broken left arm and thigh as a result of the collision and was sent to Sibu Hospital for treatment.
Both vehicles were heading towards the city centre when the accident occurred at 9am.
The truck was among a convoy of military vehicles returning to Miri after attending a ceremony here.
The cause of the collision is yet to be ascertained and police are investigating.
