KUCHING: Following a report of a road accident at Bukit Suling, Jalan Trusan, Lawas at 12.16 pm yesterday, Limbang BOMBA dispatched five personnel in two vehicles led by PBK II Mohd Ikhwan to the location.
Upon arrival at the location, the firemen saw a Perodua MyVi car was ablaze.
They then immediately tried to put out the fire. Before the firemen arrived, passers-by had taken out the injured car driver and a passenger out of the burning car to safe before they were taken to Limbang Hospital for treatment.
The firemen managed to completely put out the fire at 12.40pm and the operation ended at 12.50pm.
