DARO: A new technology to enhance water resource management for villages and longhouses here will be introduced soon, according to Premier Datuk Patinggi Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg.
Abang Johari said that it is aimed to boost water supply and speed up the tank-filling process.
“While there are water tanks available, the dilemma has always been in efficiently supplying water to these tanks,” he said this at the Daro Festival 2023 ceremony here today.
He also said that discussions are underway with Utilities and Telecommunication Minister Datuk Julaihi Narawi to find a solution.
“Our goal is to ensure a consistent water supply for all villages and longhouses,” he said.
